Casual Look Reviews:
the six teens 5 Star Review
2009-05-15 - this cd is excellent never before have I though this la group band at the age 16 years of age.with lead singer trudy williams when she was just 14 years old would make should songs oldies but goodies a must buy for 50's oldies lovers to remember way back when innocents was a vitual.

For collectors, mainly 3 Star Review
2003-03-08 - The Six Teens had their 15 minutes of fame in the form of their 1956, now oft-compiled r'n'b harmony classic "A Casual Look". Though they had over a dozen singles issued over the next few years, only one, the underrated, up-tempo "Arrow Of Love" managed to see the light of pop-chart day. This collection from Ace Records presents the entire catalog of the Six Teens recordings done for the small Flip records label. In spite of the significant number of songs they recorded, the Six Teens never had an album issued of their work. Now, in the digital age, although their songs have been gathered on another foreign CD, this is the only quality compilation to be done on the group. The piece has been done in Ace's usual high-quality manner with twenty-five tracks all told and a 12-page liner notes booklet. All tracks are mono and while some of the cuts were taken from disc, the sound is clean and produced with care. Though of lesser interest to the casual listener, this does provide a comprehensive gathering of the Six Teens on CD and is more aimed at the completist collector of classic early rock tunes on CD.
