Editorial Review:
This meditation is born out of the years in which so many people under their own personal crosses trusted me with their journey. To walk each day under the weight of trials and tribulations and still find the courage and the grace to continue is an accomplishment in and of itself. The proceeds of this project are dedicated to the youth who struggle to find the strength to figure it all out. The work itself is dedicated to all of the loving, hurting and serching people whose trust and love have enabled this work to be produced for the benefit of all who continue to take the walk one day at a time. Fr. M. Jeffery Bayhi
Doing It Their Own Way: A Contempory Meditation on the Way of the Cross Reviews:
great meditation cd
2009-10-30 - i first heard this record when i was in high school it was so beautiful and when i got older and i wasn't always able to make it to the way of the cross during lent, i got it. I don't just listen to this during lent this cd is good for anytime you just need some Jesus centered meditation. It is very relaxing. I have let some of my non- catholic friends listen to it and barrow it, and they love it also. i would recommend this cd to any christian. its fantastic.
i also like supporting local talent and Aaron's unique voice and the priests la accent is great :)
Really makes you think...
2007-10-30 - When I heard this meditation for the first time, it not only stopped me for a moment to think, it also made me listen to it again. The way Fr. Bayhi goes through the stations in a new way, not the traditational way that we catholics have known for years, but re-written with thought provolking themes appropiate for today. Mix that in with New Orleans native and songwritter Aaron Neville singing "Were You There" WOW this one really hits home with anyone wanting to deep'n their walk with the Lord. This work has been aroung for along time but it still sells we order 50-75 at a time.
