Editorial Review:
More than 30 years after their stunning victory at the Eurovision Song Contest with "Waterloo" in 1974, ABBA’s popularity remains undimmed. From disco classics like "Dancing Queen" and "Mamma Mia" to ballads like "The Winner Takes It All," the group’s musical legacy endures, thanks in part to covers by artists ranging from U2 to Madonna. ABBA: The Scrapbook gives a complete history of one of the best-loved pop groups of all time: the early days in Sweden, relationships within the band, their triumph at Eurovision, the group’s outrageous 1970s fashions, the making of ABBA: The Movie, the eventual break-up, and their continuing influence on pop music. The book also covers the hugely successful stage musical Mamma Mia! and its upcoming film adaptation. Fully illustrated throughout with rare photos of the band and memorabilia, ABBA: The Scrapbook charts the amazing story of how an obscure Swedish quartet conquered the world.
ABBA The Scrapbook Reviews:
Great for ABBA fans
2009-12-08 - I bought this for my best friend. She's the biggest ABBA fan I know and I'm sure she'll get a lot out of this book. I'm not a real ABBA fan but if I was I would absolutely HAVE to own this. The images are all very clear and there are so many fun facts all over. It has plenty of pages.
ABBA scrapbook rocks!
2009-11-07 - The book is beautifully created and has so much great information about the band. It would be nice if it were hardbound, but the soft cover version is just fine.
Awesome!!
2009-09-22 - This book of photographs and articles is amazing!! I throughly enjoyed every page of information and photo's. It is a must have if you are a fan of ABBA.

2009-02-26 - I have numerous books on ABBA, and this one by far is one of the best! It contains photographs that I had not seen previously and explains in full detail where they stem from. An excellent book and one to have if you love ABBA.
