Blow Up Your Video Reviews:
AC/DC Coming Back From The Dead 4 Star Review
2008-11-30 - Througout the mid 80s AC/DC wasnt really the biggest band in the world but 1988's Blow Up Your Video signals the band coming back too life. It still is just average 80s rock though but its better than fly on the wall. Contains there classic song Heatseeker, i recomend this album

Their last consistent album 4 Star Review
2008-10-28 - AC/DC's 1988 album, Blow Up Your Video, is one of the better albums to feature vocalist Brian Johnson and was sort of a comeback after the uneven Fly on the Wall. Malcolm Young's strong riffs are still in tact while brother Angus' lead playing remains top notch. While there is no modern AC/DC classic here like "Thunderstruck", "Hard As A Rock", or "Moneytalks", this album is much more consistent than those that came after it. The best tracks here are the driving opener "Heatseeker", the wicked "Kissin' Dynamite", and the killer groove of "Mean Streak." The more laid back tunes ("Two's Up" and "Some Sin for Nuthin") are also very strong. Other decent tracks include the hard hitting "Nick of Time" and the anthem "That's The Way I Want to Rock & Roll." The only track you could really call mediocre here is "Go Zone." All told, Blow Up Your Video is a very good album from AC/DC and probably the last one they made that was really consistent.

I Like This Better Than Razors Edge 4 Star Review
2008-06-25 - I'm not sure why this album gets lumped in with the other post Back in Black 80's albums. To me, this is their best album since Back in Black. It is more consistent than Razors Edge. The guitar tones are great and great riffs abound. Give it another listen!

That's the way I wanna rock 5 Star Review
2008-06-01 - This is a great album! The first 3 songs on the album "Heatseeker", "That's the way I wanna Rock 'n' Roll" and "Meanstreak" are songs that will get anyone tapping their feet. Brian Johnson has a great sense of humor and it shows with songs like "Go Zone", "Two's Up" and the before mention "Meanstreak".. And how could you not help but play air guitar during the fastest song on the album "This Means War".. If you like AC/DC, this is a great album to listen too..

This album Blows up in the cd player 2 Star Review
2008-04-29 - AC/DC blows out another crapfest album with 2 good songs. Thats their trademark now. Probally why it tkes them 10 years to making an album!
