If You Want Blood You've Got It Reviews:
perfect live album
2009-12-13 - Each track in nothing short of brilliant, with BON SCOTT and ANGUS YOUNG in top form , there are NO second-rate tracks here. If you want an example of a perfect live album, this is it.The only ACDC live album(from BON SCOTT era)that is better thant this,is the LET THERE BE ROCK 2 disk live soundtrack included in rhe BONFIRE boxset. But if you "used to be into rock, but are into the more modern stuff now" then be warned... this cd will drag you back whether you want it to or not.
Thsi is amazing!
2009-08-13 - AC/DC live is epic, was then, always was and stil is. This shows Bon Scott and co owning the live stage like only they can. Great set list of songs performed even better and faster than the album versions.
ac dc cd
2009-07-08 - The cd's great came in just in time no scratches of any knid nothing more or less.
Good High Voltage Rock N Roll.... LIVE
2008-11-30 - The cover says it all.... The intensity of the peformance and just the hard rocking element too this album is timeless. Every song if you close your eyes you can just see Angus Young stomping around on the stage and Bon Scott singing his heart out while Malcom Young and Cliff Williams just stand at the amps playing the rhythym and then Phil Rudd just keeping the beat throughout the show. What are you waiting for buy this album now for anyone who loves live cds and rock music.
AC/DC at their best. LIVE!
2008-11-14 - This is one of the best live albums ever recorded. I was only a child when AC/DC were based in my home town of Melbourne. I use to see them on t.v but i just wished i could have seen them live, my age back then was of course a problem. They did play all age shows though like the Ringwood ice skating rink and the 1976 Moomba festival in Melbourne. A story an older person has told me about when he once saw AC/DC live at the Mathew Flinders hotel in Melbourne back in 1975 or 76 was that a big fight broke out in the crowd between skinheads and bikers, and Bon Scott on stage pulled out a gun and pointed it at the brawling crowd. Of course the gun was fake but it calmed the crowd down a bit. Back then in Melbourne the crowds actually did want blood and AC/DC would always deliver. Anyway, this album is AC/DC`s most well known and not so well known songs played live and loud. Fantastic!
