Father of five children, pop musician Kenny Loggins follows up 1994's highly successful Return to Pooh Corner with this More Songs collection. "Your Heart Will Lead You Home," the title track for Disney's animated Tigger Movie, leads off. Cowritten with Disney's legendary songwriting Sherman Brothers, "Your Heart" sets the tone for what is to come: a various-source compilation of clean, classic family fare in the tradition of The Jungle Book, Winnie the Pooh, and Beauty and the Beast. "Flying Dreams," a ballad from The Secret of Nimh beautifully pairs the artist with Olivia Newton-John. Loggins's original "Always, in All Ways" tenderly champions unconditional parental love, and "That'll Do" from Randy Newman's score for Babe: Pig in the City is a welcome treat. Soothing music for children and adults

The first Kenny Loggins song I heard was Your Heart Will Lead You Home at the end of The Tigger Movie. The movie and lyrics touched me so much that I searched for the soundtrack, and I had a lovely surprise - more children's songs sung by Kenny Loggins! I bought both Return to Pooh Corner and More Songs from Pooh Corner immediately.
I find the songs on both albums comforting and calming especially when I am upset, troubled or cannot sleep. Kenny Loggin's voice is lovely and so soothing.. perfect for these children's songs. My favourites from both albums are Neverland Medley, Return to Pooh Corner, The Last Unicorn, Your Heart Will Lead You Home, You'll Be In My Heart, Flying Dreams and Beauty and the Beast. Some of the songs make me cry and some bring back memories, for example Somewhere Out There in the Neverland Medley... I remember my mother taking my sister and I to see An American Tail when we were kids.
another beautiful lullaby album
2009-09-08 - "More Songs From Pooh Corner" is another beautifully done lullaby album by Kenny Loggins. This album will also appeal to both kids and adults.

2009-06-05 - This sequel is worth purchasing! It is truely as good as Kenny Loggins first album from Pooh Corner. They compliment one another very well!
Great Family Album
2008-12-30 - If you liked "Return to Pooh Corner", you will love this album. My children like it and listen to the songs often (even my 10 year old).
Good play time CD
2008-06-23 - I bought this b/c I liked the 1st one so well.
I will say I do like the 1st one better, but this is good too. Some of the songs are very sentimental and are a great tribute to the feelings that a parent has for thier kids.
All in all I would buy it again.
