2008-08-10 - I bought this movie- and own the first one- believe me, there are no additional footages added into this movie to advertise it as "Uncut-Uncensored"- it`s the same movie I have owned for over two years. I feel that I got a raw deal on this seeing that I already own this movie, and thought I would be getting something extra. I`m very surprised at Amazon for advertising this movie in such a way.
fell for it again 
2008-08-06 - this is a great film,but i kind of feel a little deceived.i have owned this on dvd for 4 or 5 years,but as soon as the UNCUT & UNCENSORED version popped up in the "you might also like" box,i pre-ordered this item.my mind started racing thinking about the graphic violence that must have ended up on the cutting room floor.but it was not to be.as far as i could tell,this is same copy that has been around for years-no added footage,not even any restored audio.maybe there was added footage of sean penn wooing ally sheedy,which i would just fast forward thru anyway.sheedy's character was kind of a fluffy distraction,trying to make it a couple's film.let's bring in them female ticket buyers.
SINGLE MOTHER'S OF TEENAGE BOYS NEED TO OWN THIS 
2008-07-28 - I give this movie 5 stars, it holds up as well today as it did when I was a teenager. Now I'm a single Mother to a houseful of boys, including a grandson I'm raising. I'm using it as a warning tool. Best of luck to all the other single Moms out there with troubled boys.
Approach this dvd with caution 
2008-02-18 - The film is great, but those of you who already own the original Anchor Bay dvd which as been available for years dvd should be weary, since this is just a repackaging. As many of you know, Starz bought out Anchor Bay awhile back, so the re-release and new packaging reflects that. No new features or upgraded transfer--just the commentary and original trailer like on the AB disc.
Sean Penn delivers!
2008-02-15 - I found this teen crime/punishment drama forceful and convincing. In my opinion Bad Boys displays one of Sean's better roles. He is able to gain your sympathy and frustration almost simultaneously -- promising youth and beauty carelessly tossed aside. While the film is not on the level of Dead Man Walking, it is nonetheless an enjoyable '80s punk story. The music (Little River Band, Ashford and Simpson...) is an R&B, Rock mix which is an appropriate and accurate representation of pop radio during that era.
