Disc One is an eight song CD and Disc Two is a full length DVD: Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli grew up in Lajatico, a rural village in Tuscany, where his family still farms nearby. Last July, on the slopes of his ancient hill town, a special theater was constructed for a one-night-only concert of his greatest popular hits along with new songs performed to honor the occasion. Some famous musical friends dropped by and the magical result is Andrea Bocelli Vivere Live in Tuscany.

Joining Andrea for the new songs are grandissimo sassofonista Kenny G, trumpeter Chris Botti, piano virtuoso Lang Lang, Italian pop star Eliza, and legendary musician, songwriter and producer David Foster. Helping with the hits: favorite divas Sarah Brightman, Heather Headley and Laura Pausini.

2009-06-30 - This video is one of the most beautiful sources of entertainment we have ever seen. I gave this set to my wife as a birthday present. It was as if we went to our very own private concert as Adrea Bochelli's guest. If you like his music you will love this video DVD. Great product at a great price. Just awesome.

2009-04-16 - vivere live in tuscany/ cd/dvd/
the /cd/ has only eigth ricordings and not the entire program.
the /dvd/will not play on some older /dvd/ player/ but will on newer one.
It seems that that they are copys ,not the origenal.

2008-12-02 - Tuscany is beautiful, Andrea is never better than in this DVD. Enjoy. And plan to visit Tuscany (which I'm doing this coming year, and for a concert in the same location as the one in this DVD)!!

2008-08-31 - Fantastic!! Since his first cross-over CD/DVD, "Under The Desert Sky", I have awaited another such set. I have listened and viewed it many times and it just gets better. One of our most prized operatic voices heard today. The wonderful artists that appeared on stage and performed with him were outstanding. The backdrop of the Tuscany countryside was beautiful and well chosen. I look for more of these entertaining concerts which I prefer over classic opera.
