the incredible mr Zimmer 
2002-12-27 - Hans Zimmer has an incredible style. He is able to mix ethnical music with his own style. This is one of the examples.
Great Music 
2002-12-04 - "Green Card" was my introduction to Hans Zimmer. I've listened to his other scores, but this one still remains my favorite. It sure deserves five stars. The absence of certain tracks that were in the movie (e.g. Zorba the Greek) in fact adds to the CD strength. This soundtrack is simply captivating. Once you start listening to this CD, you will be coming back to it over and over again.
A very strange soundtrack CD. 
2001-11-28 - This CD is sawed off version of what was in the film, probably to make it a Zimmer showcase (does Zimmer need a showcase). Aside from the one Mozart piece and Larry Wright's drum solo, the CD is all Zimmer. No Enya. No Soul II Soul. No David Carr. No Zorba the Greek. No more Mozart. Etc. etc. I don't think this should deter you from enjoying this CD unless you happen to focus on the other pieces in the film. I mean Zimmer is a noted film scorer. I think the oddest thing about this CD is the title of the film protagonist's composition: in the film it was "For" Bronte, not "Pour" Bronte. I mean, that was right in the film. See Enya's Watermark CD for her work in the film.
Work of Art
2001-09-18 - By far this is one of THE best soundtracks I have ever heard. My musical likes vary quite a bit but this is one for everyone. The music is romantic and catchy and always helps me remember the movie which was also brilliant! This is a must have.
Simply Soothing
2001-01-01 - I love the movie so much that I decided to purchase the soundtrack (which doesn't happen very often, the other only movie was Good Will Hunting). I didn't regret it at all, all the music was esp soothing, every single piece of music brings me back to the scenes of the movie. My personal favourites are Restless Elephants and Eyes On The Prize. This is what I call a perfect production; a great movie with an awesome soundtrack to go along with it.
