3 Awesome Songz
2005-06-20 - The best 3 songs on this CD are: "Could've Been Me", Achy, Breaky Heart", and Shes Not Cryin Anymore". People keep saying Achy, Breaky Heart was a bad song. I was about 4 or 6 when the song became popular, and I alwayz told my daddy to replay it over and over again. Its an awesome song and is fun to dance to.

A bit rushed
2005-04-12 - Ive noticed with alot of country singers in the 90's, they rushed out greatest hits cd and most singers could have waited. Then time passes, the music industry puts out anther cd with the singers hits with a few other hits that were released after there last greatest hits, most of the cds are good . Joe Diffie, Colin Raye, Billy Ray Cyrus are examples of this trend. This cd has 3 excellent new songs, but the cd does have one of his signature songs left out (Some Gave All) and Achy Breaky Heart is one of the worst songs ive ever heard. That song basically ruined his career, and everyone hates him for it. People who see past the song, notice that he's an excellent singer with great quailty songs. Words by Heart, Cover to Cover on this cd is excellent, among others. People need to listen to this guy instead of remembering him as the Achy Break Heart singer, because they'll relize he was more then a one hit wonder.

She heard it and told me she loved it !
I must admit, I was a bit suprised, shes been dead for five years !

Take a leaf out of nans book Billy.

2003-01-20 - If you don't own anything from Billy Ray, this is a good place to start. 9 hits, 3 new songs. To the new songs: The single "It's All The Same To Me" is clearly meant for radio but it's much better than most of the songs standing in the Top 40. "Cover To Cover" is a beautiful ballad, with well-crafted lyrics, powerful vocal performance and nice melody. The last new song, "Bluegrass State Of Mind" is just splendid. For the hits, they will show and prove you that he deserves more recognition and that he's more than Mr. "Achy Breaky Heart". He's far more talented than most of the new young acts and if you give this set a listen, you'll know it's true. He gives outstanding vocal performances on every song of this release.
