Not what I expected 
2009-08-21 - The book is written from the heart, but seems to detail the author's personal journey, for which she is having some kind of cathartic passing into a new stage of her life. The author makes some good points, but as a new yoga teacher, it is a very disappointing book, and will not be kept as part of my library of reference yoga books.

2009-08-12 - I loved this easy read, heart felt, authentic, insightful, a great tool for the teacher when they need to be grounded and reminded of the gift of teaching yoga. I loved it.
