Blink 182 Reviews:
Amazing 5 Star Review
2008-10-14 - Another amazing album from Blink182. I am never let down by them, and this just proved my point

Mature Blink... Real Music! 5 Star Review
2007-03-03 - Best disc by blink. When I first bought it I thought it sounded like rap, and had no decent vocals. It grows into you, and you learn to love it!
1. Feeling This - 10/10 - Never gets old. Great harmonizing at the end guys!
2. Obvious - 9/10 - A great song..."like Failure meets Zeppelin meets Police," but ruined by the ending.
3. I Miss You - 10/10 - Gets old. But still, after 50 times of it I can't get in out of my head!
4. Violence - 8/10 - Love the verses! Bad refrain. DON"T MIX RAP WITH ROCK. This isn't the Gorillaz, blink.
5. Stockholm Syndrome -11/10 - Best on the album. The minute at the beginning is a letter Mark's grandma wrote during WWII. Love the synthesizer guys!
6. Down - 9/10 - I heard it to many times. love "gets me so... down, down, down, down...gets me so."
7. The Fallen Interlude - 7/10 - Second worst. Weird song. Okay piano, but terrible, short vocals.
8. Go -10/10 - deserves to be played loud! I didn't know they swore in this one.
9. Asthenia - 6/10 - Worst song on album... Maybe on 4 albums. Darn NASA Transmissions!
10. Always -9/10 - Smash hit. Passionate. Again, too many times.
11. Easy Target 10/10 - Second best. Love how it leads into #12.
12. All of This 10/10 - Who is this Holly person we keep hearing about? Anyway, it features Tom's quote, unquote, "passionate" vocals, and The Cure's very own, Robert Smith. Mark does vocals live.
13. Here's Your Letter 9/10 - Lots of swearing... but still, a good beat. Yeah T-ravis! Sounds like +44.
14. I'm Lost Without You - 8/10 - Too long, and slow, good piano though. 6:22. Wow! So unlike Blinky.

The disc also contains 7 page booklet on lyrics, and comments from the band, three pages of "thank you's," plus, an enhanced disc with videos for "Obvious," "Feeling This" "Down" "The Fallen Interlude" "Stockholm Syndrome" created especially by the band and more depending on your Mac or PC. I wish blink would "Stay Together For The Fans (kids)."

Let's hope this isn't the last... Excellent Album 4 Star Review
2006-10-06 - This album sees Blink-182 groing mature lyrically. I enjoy the more serious lyrics, not to say I don't love older Blink (Enema Of The State will always be my favorite Blink album), but this album is right up there with Enema, and TOYPAJ right after. Here is a review of the songs.
(Not particularly in track order)

1. Feeling This- I didn't like this song when I first heard it, but the more I listened, the more it grew on me. Do the same, and it will grow on you too. Also it's one of the best the album has to offer. 10/10
2. I Miss You- The biggest single from the album, possibly the biggest of their career. Very sweet song. A slow but steady tempo. Love the piano at the end of the song. The only thing about this song is I wish it had another verse or so, or maybe used more lines in the chorus. Still, one of the CD's best. 10/10
Always- I just love the way this song sounds. Third best on the album. Also love the 80s sounding synthesizer at the end of the song. 9/10
Down- 4th best song on the album. But the more I listen to it, the more I fall in love with it. It stands as one of my favorite blink songs to date. More use of the piano in this one, which always in my opinion helps a rock song. Love how it ends, with the low piano note. 8/10
Violence- A fast paced song, with the verses more spoken than sung. I enjoy the chorus, only Tom's voice fits in for it, and so it works out. 7/10
I'm Lost Without You- More Piano! Which of course for me is awesome. Much slower song than you might expect from Blink, very sweet, an easy pace. Love the synthesizer in the background during the second verse. A little overlong is it's only flaw. 7/10
Easy Target- Very nice song! Energetic, good verses, good chorus. I wish it were just a bit longer... 7/10
Stockholm Syndrome- Fastest song on the album. Moves along quicky, hard. Suprisingly catchy. 6.5/10
Obvious- Pretty good song. I like the chorus. Lyrics are possibly the most dark in this song. 6.5/10
All Of This- The person singing the verses in this song is Robert Smith from The Cure. Some people make a big deal about this song. It's alright, not all that great. A little boring sounding, but not all that bad either. The chorus saves it. 6/10
Asthenia- The intro is long and arduous. Very unneccesary. Once past this, it's an OK song. Good guitar. 6/10
Here's Your Letter- Not a bad song, nothing special by any means, but worth a listen or two. Fairly short. 5.5/10
Go- About Mark's dad. Fast paced tune. Very short. 5/10
The Fallen Interlude- I don't think Blink should be writing techno. Enough said. Easily the worst song here. 3/10

Overall, this is a stellar album, and I highly reccomend it if you're without it. Completes the Blink-182 collection. I know I'm not alone in wishing they'd get back together and grace us with more albums like this and their others.

WOW!!!! AWESOME!!! 5 Star Review
2005-12-04 - I'll start by staying i wasn't a blink-182 fan up until about a year ago. then I say and heard the single DOWN and thought it was awesome. then a friend of mine lent me this record and told me that i just HAD to listen to it. I figured wut the heck and gave it listen. blink is now my favorite band. i luv all their music now, but their previous efforts dont even compare to this. this whole album is incredibly enjoyable... but there is one track that stands above them all... Track 12 - ALL OF THIS. this is one the greatest songs that has EVER existed. I can't put into words how beautiful I think this song is. honestly, the first time i heard it, it gave me the chills and made me cry (yeah, i'm an emo kid). it also introduced me to THE CURE, obivously becuz Robert Smith sang the song. The Cure is also a favorite band of mine, now. OMG is could go on for days praising this song. I think its incredible. I can understand why some other people don't like it. it is a very different style than wut people are used to nowadays. anyways awesome song. great album. incredible band. this album was a great way to finish off their career. Now we await their new bands - Angels & Airwaves and Plus 44. I can't wait for them :)

this album rules 5 Star Review
