2009-11-30 - Love the book, but not happy with the service.
The professional, paper book cover was delivered wrinkled and torn.
I needed for a gift, so I emailed right away, but received no response.
The system that is supposed to handle problems, definitely needs to be updated and be made more "people who have given you years of service" user friendly. This one should have definitely been replaced, especially since it was given in memory of a great, "guitar-playing virtuoso, who went to heaven far too young."

2009-06-22 - I love the book The illustrations are delightful. The only thing that would make it better would be the inclusion of a CD with the master himself singing his way through the journey with us again.

2009-06-12 - This book delivered even more than expected. There is even a little Bob Dylan history along with the song/story. This is going to become my baby shower/birth gift from now on.
A way to introduce music, Dylan in particular
2009-05-18 - My nephews love this book. They enjoy looking through the pages trying to find the "hidden Bobby's". They don't know who Bob Dylan is, they are only three, but they love "Bobby", the character I have introduced them to in the book. It also helps if you are familiar with the song and can sing along. Although they are not quite at reading level, they have nearly memorized the words of the song and sing along with me as they read it. Very worthwhile book!
A must have book!
2009-05-08 - This book is wonderful! The illustrations are beautiful and the message is soulfully appropriate for any child, boy or girl, regardless of age. The book is an illustration of Bob Dylan's song, Forever Young. The song is a beautiful blessing:

The artwork is beautiful to look at, so well done, and the book itself shows the work in vivid detail. It's definitely a high-quality keepsake.
The back of the book talks a bit about Bob Dylan's life and the author goes thru each illustration and points out the meaning behind some of the details on each page. He also says that if we listen to Dylan's music, we will discover more information creatively tucked away into each page. This allows for discovery and learning (for a bit older child). How marvelous, lovely and fun!
It's a beautiful book and if you get a chance, listen to Dylan's song. It's gracefully sung. The only wish I have is that there be a version of this book that includes the Dylan CD from which this song comes from.
There is a wonderful short video out as well (check amazon or youtube) that promotes the sale of this book. It would be awesome to see a full video or a video of more songs like this. I hope the publisher and author/illustrator consider this for a future project!
