Bonnie and Clyde Reviews:
How to find these tracks.... 5 Star Review
2007-01-01 - This is a great album, but often goes out of print. Snatch it up if you see it.

If you are looking for an alternate way to get these songs:

All of the Serge Gainsbourg tracks are available on an inexpensive compilation called "Love And The Beat" volume 1. You can also download them on iTunes. The Bardot tracks are on a smattering of comps. Enjoy.

Serge and BB 4 Star Review
2000-06-23 - Gainsbourg's 60's music is so pop & cute...Nobody else sings these songs like BB does(especially in Comic Strip(#3). Her "Shebam! Pow! Blop! Wizz!" makes this song so vividly pop)! The dangerous(?) sound of sergre & BB's voices in Bonnie and Clyde(#1) seems to me like the reflection of their relationship (BB was married; their relationship wasn't going anywhere just like Bonnie & Clyde couldn't get away from their crimes and were being in the danger together). Great album to get the feel of 60's French pop. Serge is still "singing" in this album, not whispering like in his later works. Definitely before (or begining of ) he established his lorita concept.
