Editorial Review:
The third single from the hit female pop vocalist's 1999 debut album, 'Britney Spears'. Contains three mixes of '(You Drive Me) Crazy' (The Stop Remix!, Spacedust Dark Dub & Spacedust Club Mix). Slimline jewel case. 1999 release.
Crazy Reviews:
Sometimes, "Underground" mixes just don't work!
2004-10-22 - It's unfortunate that people think everything should get "Club" or "Underground" mixes that do nothing for the song in question. In its origninal incarnation, this is a upbeat, get-up-and-dance type of pop song. "Pop" is the main word here. Perhaps if Club 69 did for this what they did for Jessica Simpson's "I Think I'm In Love" some justice would have been done.
The Spacedust mixes take away from the song more than they give to it. The song is taken up several notches but that is all. The song becomes lifeless and dragged out. I think Mike Rizzo or Mousse T could have done a great pop-dance mix as they have great success. Mike Rizzo did O-Town's "All Or Nothing" While Mousse T did Toni Braxton's "Spanish Guitar". Both did great jobs that complimented the song being remixed instead of just simply making it club-worthy.
If you like Underground mixes with your Britney music, this is recommended. The Stop Mix is still the best.
Ok, 1 no-helpful vote. They must like underground mixes of Britney. Pop version still better.
It was a "Crazy" summer!
2001-03-02 - This song attracted many, many people!!! This pop song wasn't like most of them! This was Britney at her best! Great chair dance in the video! Nothing more to say but!...always will be a greatest hit!!
Wicked
2000-08-17 - The orginial stop remix isn't as funky, thatz why I like this remix betta!
The exntended club remixes we're okay
Autumn Goodbye is everywhere, on her first single, on the rare import of "BTMYH", but it shines more here
Britney Spears Rocks!
2000-07-22 - Hey everyone! I'm telling you to get the Britney Spears cd You Drive Me Crazy because it's so cool and her voice is ausome! And so are her dance moves in the video!
Crazy kicks!
2000-05-18 - Crazy is Britney's most dancable single and is really cool. Despite singing the chorus about 6 times over the course of the 3:00 song, it doesn't get boring. The video is cool and I love listening to it! It gets me really happy and I wanna get up and dance. Britney has proved she could be diverse, with Sometimes and then Crazy, so I don't know why she had to go to From the Bottom of My Broken Heart...oh well. Anyways, I recomend this song very much. It rocks!
