  • Editorial Review:
Hired to steal the fabulous Queen Diamond, pint-sized jewel thief Calvin Sims (Marlon Wayans) and his dimwitted partner Percy (Tracy Morgan) stash the stone in Vanessa Edwards' (Kerry Washington, Ray) handbag when their getaway plans go uproariously awry. Discovering Vanessa's husband, Darryl (Shawn Wayans), who's hopelessly obsessed with becoming a father, Calvin trades in his duds for diapers and poses as an abandoned baby. Suffering through a host of hysterical humiliations and outrageous family outings, Calvin desperately tries to retrieve the gem before his cover is blown, and Darryl and Vanessa really cut him down to size. Directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans (White Chicks).

    Description of Little Man [Blu-ray]:
Cunningly fusing father-son sentiment and more blows to the groin per minute than any other movie you'll see this (and possibly any other) year, Little Man aims to win the heart of any man who's ever wished his son was actually a foul-mouthed, jewel-thieving midget. The rubbery face of Marlon Wayans (White Chicks) is digitally transposed onto the body of an actual midget so that Marlon can play Calvin, a bad-tempered thief who's trying to retrieve a humongous diamond from the purse of Vanessa (Kerry Washington, Ray), the buppie wife of Darryl (Shawn Wayans, Scary Movie 2). Darryl doesn't care about his wife's new promotion, he just wants to have a child--and he gets one when Calvin arrives on his doorstep dressed in baby clothes. At which point, the kicks, head-butts, and blunt object trauma to the groin begin. It's beside the point to argue whether or not this is definitively funny; blows to the groin either make you laugh or they don't, and if they do, you know who you are and you should seek this movie out. It will give you all you could possibly ask for, including numerous jokes about bodily functions and breasts. Also featuring John Witherspoon (Friday), Tracy Morgan (Saturday Night Live), Chazz Palminteri (Bullets Over Broadway), and cameos by Molly Shannon (Superstar) and Rob Schneider (Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo). --Bret Fetzer

    Little Man [Blu-ray] Reviews:
    Little Man 5 Star Review
2009-09-27 - I bought this as a xmas present, so I have not check to see if it works. The movie was delivered in a timely manner and I would definitely order from seller again.

    pretty funny 5 Star Review
2009-07-03 - little man is not really a realistic movie but if you like the wayans and you just want a movie to sit back and relax this would be good not to bad for kids some language but not much

    PSP Movie 5 Star Review
2009-01-13 - This gift made my daughter soooooooo happy. She just loves this movie, and the fact that she can watch it on her PSP just tickles her!

    Poo-poo 1 Star Review
2008-04-02 - Do you find that word laugh out loud funny when someone says it? Poo-poo. Doo-doo. I have more respect for pornogrophers and drug dealers than these Wayans Brothers at this point. You can imagine them as part of a top secret organization whose soul purpose and ultimate goal is to make mankind dumber. Everytime you laugh while watching one of their movies, assuming you laugh while watching one of these things, a small part of your mind dies forever. Doo-doo.

To Each His/Her Own 5 Star Review
2008-02-17 - Personally, I throughly enjoyed the movie and continue to watch it over and over again. What I don't care for are those "reviews" that make claims that one has to be crazy to like or not like a particular movie based on their own feelings. As the old saying goes, to each his own. As for my feelings, it made me laugh and continues to do so. Laughter is one of the best forms of medicine and, in this day and age, something to be treasured.
