I purchased his fighting methods well over 25 yesrs ago, but they individual volumes, and now thanks to Amazon, I was able to locate them in a four volume, hardcover edition. This book is a "must have" for anyone who is a martialartist, or who is interested in the martialarts. 2009-08-31 - I have skimmed through the book and the material is awesome. From exercises to stances which are accompanied by photos I must say this is a must for every martial art practitioner!

2009-08-16 - Yes, it is his book. Very little reading, mostly technical visuals on fighting, but some great quotes and again, it is his book on fighting technique.
