Description of Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease:
While Volume One in Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease series featured Electra working out in front of a bed, Vegas Strip offers a more public venue, Studio 54, as her instructional setting. Since this segment is filmed at a legendary dance club, it makes sense that this workout session is constructed of choreographed dance moves, that one can either use on the dance floor or keep under wraps at home. Vegas Strip's half-hour session will provide good cardiovascular exercise, depending on what one puts into it, though it mostly improves grace and coordination, in easy-to-learn segments set to pulsating dance music. This is equally valuable since the premise of this series is to feel sexy and have fun while working out. Though it does appear to be more of a lesson in choreography, Vegas Strip clearly demonstrates the challenge implicit to such sexed-up dance moves, and may give those who shun dirty dancing a respect for the real professionals. —Trinie Dalton

The DVD Skipped after like 10 min 
2009-11-19 - I popped in the DVD and it started skipping over and over and eventually just turned off and went to the menu screen... The seller DID say that if it skipped he would refund it, but I feel like you would know if an item skipped and you shouldn't sell something if you know its busted... It only cost $5 total so I feel like sending it back would cost me more than just keeping it
Fun and Simple Routines 
2009-11-03 - I have been working out to Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease for about a month now and find it highly motivating to get up and move. I am not a very athletic person, but I do love to dance, so this was a great fit for me. Plus, the video breaks things down very well and repeats the moves several times, which helps with learning coordination. Whenever I do the workout, my heart is definitly pumping and I feel great! I would reccomend this to someone who is new to working out, but someone who is seeking a more advanced fitness program might be dissapointed. I also really liked Carmen Electra's guidance in the video. She displayed a lot of personality and femininity.

the retro pussycat doll workout
2009-10-04 - this is a good dvd if u like the burlesque group, pussycat dolls, and u want to learn some of theIr sexy moves. it is a good work out and great for a performance for your lover or an audience, if u want to do ur own PCD performance. i have done several striptease workout dvds and it isnt that amateur compare to some of the other dvds. SO IF U WANT A GOOD STRIPTEASE DVD GET CARMEN ELECTRA'S WORKOUT SERIES.
Right on the Money Shot
2009-09-05 - The "Get Fit so you can Strip DVD #2 is the best in the set. Actually a really good workout with a celebrity trainer. The other DVDs are customizable fun & accessible choreography that even the most bored housewife could replicate at home. The Hip Hop routine is a decent cardio workout. I like to dancers warm up before each routine. All in All I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Carmen is no Denise Austin but she looks good in all her outfits, puts tons of personality and enthusiasm into her routines, and her dancer's body will inspire you to keep at it.
