2008-08-01 - This is an ok dvd but not the best. I don't feel that it really gives you much of a work out. Plus I felt a bit silly actually doing it...I had to make sure nobody was going to be home for awhile! I feel like a speed walk around the block would have been more of a workout...

Cheaper at Target
2008-03-26 - Just wanted to give people a heads-up since I found this out a little late.
I bought this DVD along with the In the Bedroom DVD for $26 (free super saver shipping) from amazon because it was cheaper than buying from Carmen Electra's site (high shipping fees).
They came in the mail yesterday, but I had gone to Target for some other things and happened to notice that Target has an "exclusive" pack of the 2 DVDs together for only $19.99. So it would have been cheaper (and faster) to buy them both at Target.
Have not opened the DVDs yet to review them, but hopefully this helps some of you save a few bucks.
No warm-up, no full run-through...disappointing!
2008-03-16 - I own the original set, and really love them. These new ones are just not up to par. This one is especially disappointing. The moves feel like they're right out of the mid-90s, and the only full run-through of the combination with music is filmed more like a music video...complete with SLOW-MO scenes, meaning there is NO WAY to follow along with it! A total waste. And not at all a workout! NOT EVEN A WARM-UP! I love Carmen, but I doubt I'll ever use this DVD again, unless i'm trying to prove to a friend that it really is THAT bad...

No stripping...Not even teasing
2008-03-09 - Carmen doesn't do any stripping and nobody else does either. Do you see that cute white top and pink shorts she wears on the cover? She doesn't even wear that during her "excercise session". She's clothed in an unsexy black outfit from the neck down. If you want to get some excercise, go out and do some jogging. If you want to see some stripping, buy a different DVD.
