While Volume One in Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease series featured Electra working out in front of a bed, Vegas Strip offers a more public venue, Studio 54, as her instructional setting. Since this segment is filmed at a legendary dance club, it makes sense that this workout session is constructed of choreographed dance moves, that one can either use on the dance floor or keep under wraps at home. Vegas Strip's half-hour session will provide good cardiovascular exercise, depending on what one puts into it, though it mostly improves grace and coordination, in easy-to-learn segments set to pulsating dance music. This is equally valuable since the premise of this series is to feel sexy and have fun while working out. Though it does appear to be more of a lesson in choreography, Vegas Strip clearly demonstrates the challenge implicit to such sexed-up dance moves, and may give those who shun dirty dancing a respect for the real professionals. —Trinie Dalton

WOW!! 
2008-07-18 - I have the entire set of Carmen Electra's Strip Tease DVDs and this workout is amazing. I worked for a fitness complex for over 2 years and even my personal trainer couldn't work me out this well. The main thing is to try every exercise even if you don't think you can do it. Michael Carson is an amazing trainer and it is wonderful to see Carmen having just as much trouble as the rest of us. It really makes you feel better when she works just as hard as you do. The first time I tried this DVD I couldn't even make it to the isolation sections. Let me tell you if you want a dancers body, this is the way to get it!

2008-07-09 - The only reason this has 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have not yet used the last 3 dvds. I am working on the first 2 and they are excellent! #1 is a fun dance dvd that is great for coordination as well as a nice workout. and dvd #2 is a really intense workout that will leave you breathless. This is the fist workout-at-home dvd that I have stuck with, ever!
Fun for a Beginner
2008-06-25 - I tried these originally by comcast's on-demand and after a few run throughs decided to buy it. If you're like me, you have almost no real dancing ability and it takes some time for you to pick up the moves, it's a really good video. The walk-through is really good and pretty easy to pick up at a fast rate. It's not a very advanced, but it's really good for a beginner like me.

2008-06-12 - So I would totally recommend this video set. Are all the workouts as physically demanding as other workout videos? No, but that doesn't mean you're not getting a workout. I love these videos becuase I workout muscles I don't workout normally with my other workout videos or ellipse machine. Plus they make me feel sexy and my hubby likes the moves I've learned.

2008-05-28 - I found carmens tape boring and I hated the way she kept saying 'one two one two' and doing the same movements over and over and over. The backround was empty and no one was there with her. It was a bore. I would use another dvd any day over Carmen.
