Editorial Review:
The diva's hit album from 1997 with an extra track "Be The Man".

Description of Let's Talk About Love:
Dion has released a lot of music in the last four years, which in lesser talents could generate a "got the last one, don't need this" yawn from the public. Every conceivable base is covered here--"Tell Me" is the iconic pop adult smash, "Treat Her Like a Lady" has sewn up Contemporary Hits Radio, and there are a half-dozen others to keep the party going till 1999. The inclusion of the theme song to Titanic ("My Heart Will Go On") proves that nothing is likely to scuttle the unsinkable Ms. Dion. --Jeff Bateman

2009-11-24 - i bought this item but it was never shipped to me. the seller will not write me back to tell me what happened so i don't know if i was refunded or if it's on it's way or what. i want it to get here already and i'm very dissatisfied that it's taking so long. i love the album. i have it as a cassette tape and i just wanted the cd. i never even received a confirmation email that it's been shipped or anything.

Music For The Spazzes 3 Star Review
2009-06-26 - This vendor is excellent. I received the CD earlier than planned and in perfect condition. The CD itself is a separate matter. I've got nothing against Celine Dion's music. It's just not my cup of pee. I purchased this CD for a relative.

If You're Looking For Easy Listening, Positive Music, Then You're Looking For Celine 5 Star Review
2009-06-17 - Celine Dion has been one of my most cherished musical artists. These days, it's hard to find quality music that is timeless; but Celine music is forever timeless! It's positive, it's promotes love across all relationships (love of monogamous passion, love of the common man, etc.). Celine's music comes through in her spirit and vice versa! Her music can moves your spirit whether you laugh, cry, or feel unspeakable joy! I have several Celine Dion albums. And we continue to check out others! And let's not forget about the artists behind Celine's music that complements her voice! You don't wanna pass this album up! This album's great to listen to at home, but better if you're playing it through a country road trip! Ahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Celine reminds me that my help comes from the Lord!

Let's Talk About Loving Celine's voice! 5 Star Review
2009-05-18 - I remember this album when I was in the 5th grade. The song My Heart Will Go On touched me in the heart. I was skeptical of purchasing this album. After a few listens, it grew on me. This album is a collection of extraordinary performances and it also brings this into focus containing a remarkable range of pop music gems. This album has been certified 10x Platinum. Remember, this was 1997.

How Good It Still Is 5 Star Review
2009-03-15 - Following the specacular album "Falling into You", Celine Dion released her last great album of the 1990s, "Let's Talk About Love". The record truly reflects its title; love is a common theme weaving the tracks into a cohesive whole. In typical Dion fashion, Celine has included many tender tracks and power ballads that were her trademark in the last decade of the millennium. But the songs are good - and that's what makes this one stand the test of time.

There's no doubt that the album was buoyed by 'My Heart Will Go On', the theme song from smash film 'Titanic'. And, despite its incessant radio play during 1997, it really is a great song. Another gem on the record is 'To Love You More' - though it didn't really make it as a single in the US, it is a bright piece where Celine's voice duels with a violin. Other highlights include the Bee Gee's duet 'Immortality', power ballad 'Us', and the Corey Hart piece 'Where is the Love'. With its exotic drum beats and hopeful lyrics, it is a beautiful vocal performance.

Are there any "bad" tracks on the album? No. There are, admittedly, some that are dated - the cheesy duet 'Tell Him' with Barbara Streisand has never been a favorite of mine, and both 'Treat Her Like a Lady' and 'Just a Little Bit of Love' are rather flat attempts at dance tunes. It would be about five years before Celine would master that genre, and it's obvious that she's struggling here. But it doesn't matter, because the rest of the album more than makes up for its shortcomings.

Heading into the year 2000, there was no artist on the planet as big as Celine Dion. Why? The success of this album is one of the many reasons. Give it another listen. You might be surprised by how good it still is.
