One of the more impressive things about A Christmas Celebration is its glowing immediacy. The record's rich vocals and colorful instrumentals create a concert-like setting, reprising the season's most loved hymns, carols, and pop standards, along with a Gaelic version of "That Night in Bethlehem." Unexpected numbers such as "Christmas Pipes" and "Carol of the Bells" (here led by the spirited fiddling of Mariread Nesbitt) only enhance an already engaging disc that finely weaves between the piety of classical music and the playfulness of pop. 2009-12-27 - Beautiful music. Everyone enjoyed CD. The CD was as I had expected: enjoyed listening to it again and again.
I'm hooked 
2009-12-18 - This is a CD of very pretty singing. Traditional arrangements and familiar Christmas songs abound. I tend to like men's choirs, but this CD could change my mind.

2009-11-05 - If you are like me and love Christmas Carols then you'll love this CD. Celtic Woman seem to give each song a beautiful edge to it. I love them singing Silent Night in Celtic and I just love O' Holy Night. A real must for your Christmas Collection,

2009-08-28 - AT ALL LEVELS, THIS IS AN "A PLUS". EACH MEMBER OF THE CELTIC WOMAN IS A JOY TO LISTEN TO. TOGETHER THEY MAKE MUSIC THAT IS SIMPLY DEVINE. THIS CLELBRATION SHOULD BE ENJOYED YEAR AROUND.
Better than Expected
2009-04-12 - I expected more unfamiliar strains, shivvering strings and beautiful
harmonies, but I was delighted at this collection of traditional
Christmas songs done better than others have recorded. Pleased.
