Editorial Review:
'VH1 Presents The Corrs Live In Dublin' was produced by Mitchell Froom (Paul McCartney, Crowded House) - includes new renditions of the Corrs' hits, including 'Runaway', 'Would You Be Happier?', 'So Young', 'Queen of Hollywood', and of course, their U.S. breakthrough smash, 'Breathless.' Steeped in the traditional folk music of their homeland, but invested with a vibrant and electric modern pop flavor, the Dundalk, Ireland-based sibling quartet have earned acclaim around the globe for their eclectic, crowd-pleasing live performances. Atlantic Records. 2002.

Description of VH1 Presents the Corrs Live in Dublin:
It's fitting that video channel VH1 is partnered with the obscenely attractive sibs of the Corrs for this live recording, captured in Dublin, near the band's hometown in Ireland. Given the stiff competition in the pop arena and the Corrs' rather limited touring, looks have doubtless played a part in their global ascent, although, judging by Live in Dublin, they've earned some props along the way. Both U2's Bono and Rolling Stones guitarist Ron Wood guest, the latter on the Corrs' cover of Jimi Hendrix's "Little Wing" (though oddly not on their reading of "Ruby Tuesday"). Neil Young's "Only Love Can Break Your Heart" rounds out the tribute triumvirate, and fans can expect surprisingly clear-eyed versions of major and lesser hits like "Breathless" and "Runaway," plus a spirited, fiddle-fueled traditional in "Joy of Life/Trout in the Bath." --Kim Hughes

VH1 Presents the Corrs Live in Dublin Reviews:
VH1 Presents the Corrs Live in Dublin 5 Star Review
2009-12-06 - Excellent product, arrived quickly, very pleased, and arrived as described. TY Love the Corrs music. Great singers!

Wish it had more songs and better Amazon description 4 Star Review
2008-12-04 - I was disappointed when I received my package, because I thought I'd bought the DVD version. I even typed Corrs Live in Dublin DVD when I did my search, and if you look at the descripton at the top, you'll see no mention of whether it's a DVD or a CD. I completely missed the part further down the page where it's listed as a CD. I hadn't been aware there was a CD of the performance, and wished there were more songs on the CD. I'm pretty sure the DVD has a few extra songs. I know Amazon would've taken it back, but I decided to keep it. The Ron Wood/Bono addition made it great, and because I'd seen the video of the concert, song by song, on YouTube, I could picture what was happening. I thought you couldn't miss with the Corrs anyway, and this one confirmed my thinking, athough their "Home" CD proved me wrong. Still LOVE the Corrs, though and can't wait for them to come back! Are they still recording this month? I'll bet their looks and voices are still attractive, and that maturity has made them even better.

Cool Music.... 5 Star Review
2007-05-31 - I love the sound of the Coors....especially "When the Stars Go Blue"..they sang some oldies too that sounded great...Love this CD!!

Great CD 5 Star Review
2006-08-23 - This was my first Corrs CD and it won't be the last. Great energy.

A 'Real Good' and 'Intimate' Live Album 5 Star Review
2006-05-18 - When the Corrs deliver it 'live', they deliver it real good. Whether it is 'covers' or 'originals', it is as good a live album as I have heard. The intimacy with the audience is evident and all the songs stand-up well 'live'. In my view, this is the best 'Corrs' album out there. Bono pops up on two tracks as an added bonus.
