Cradle's darkest and heaviest album EVER 
2009-01-16 - I admit that at first this album was too heavy even for me, a long time fan of CoF, but after a second listen, I was wrapped up in the horrors that Vempire thrusts into one's ears. The first three tracks are my favorites, from the chilling opening, to the awesome remake of "The Forest Whispers My Name," all leading up to the beautiful, brutal epic, "Queen of Winter, Throned". If you're a fan of black metal, Cradle, or just love a good scare while you headbang, I highly recommend Vempire, as it is a classic in metal's history, and surely is cemented as one of the best albums the band has ever done.

2008-09-20 - Amazing, awesome. Such a huge step up from Principal...not necessarily in song writing but in quality. This is black metal at its best. It includes two tracks from their first album, amped up on demonic amphetamines. More shredding than some of their later releases (Midian, Damnation & a day), with V Empire, Cradle rose above the rest and set the bar for excellence. It is an experience to see them live just to hear The Forest Whispers my name. This is also the only release you can find The Rape and Ruin of Angels...an incredible song words cannot describe. Unfortunately to this day Dani is the only remaning member of this lineup, but this is essential Cradle listenening. If you only hear one album by Cradle, hear this one!

2008-08-04 - An incredible compilation of music and songs by COF. If you love this band you need to add this album to your collection. It is one of their first albums but it already has that trademark, distinctive cradle sound. It is full of growls, screeches, screams, magnificent erotic lyrics and symphonic passages.
Truly captivating.
No Consumer Product Recalls!
2007-11-18 - With over 10 million Evenflo child seats being recalled by the Consumer Safety Commission, and with even Graco and Britax products given less than 100% safety ratings, I was surprised to find that there were no recalls on the Cradle of Filth brand listed in Consumer Reports.
It is of the utmost priority that my toddler's car seat be as safe as possible, and unfortunately, too many manufacturers care only about moving product, and not about restraining children.
The Cradle of Filth child seat nestled my little one with maximum amount of binding, and little head movement. Plus, being a stay-at-home dad, I often get snide comments about my manhood, or lack thereof, for taking care of junior, instead of working in the gravel pit all day, like Fred Flintstone.
But, the Cradle of Filth brings a lot of comments about me being a "cool" Goth dad, who's not afraid to swaddle his youngster in what looks like a killer tatoo version of Rodin's Gates of Hell.
The only drawback with this product is that it is, after all, a cradle of FILTH. The manufacturer has no recommended washing and care instructions, but I have found that a strong lye soap, antibacterial wipes, and an ordained priest with experience in exorcisms to make this a squeaky clean cradle of cleanliness next to Godliness. After all, with my two year old's temper tantrums, spills from his sipee cup, and a veritable squirrel's trove of Cheerios, Tater Tots, lollipops, M&Ms, and Fudgsicle sticks jammed under the upholstery, it's only a matter of days before it's a Cradle of Filth again.
Fortunately, the car wash has a vacuum cleaner handy!
Great CD
2007-08-09 - I've been looking for this one for quite some time. This CD is in excellent condition. I ordered new and if its not new, i can't tell the difference. I think this company is doing a top notch job with selling hard to find CD's for a excellent price.
