good stuff
2009-11-30 - The third season didn't disappoint. More of the great interaction of the characters and the steaming relationships just keep on steaming. You gotta love it.
About the DVD set....
2009-11-22 - Bones is, without a doubt, one of my favorite shows currently on TV. The writing is fantastically witty, and the characters are all top-notch. That said, I was ever-so-slightly disappointed in this DVD set. There are only fifteen total episodes, which are on the first four DVDs. The fifth dic contains the first three episodes (or four, depending on if you count a two-part episode as one or two actual episodes). It should be noted that I believe this was just a shorter season, and nothing is actually missing from the DVDs. I hope you enjoy it!
Good show
2009-11-08 - I do not watch tv shows usually, but I liked CSI (Las Vegas). My Fiance got me hooked on Bones, and I find I like it even better than CSI.
There is a lot of humor as well as the crime scene stuff, and now CSI seems really dry in comparison.
Fantastic show....but
2009-10-23 - Bones is a fantastic show that I've been following since Season 1. All the actors have such a great rapport, you would think they have been working together for many many years. Unfortunately Season 3, like many other shows that year, fell victim to the writers strike reducing the show to just 15 episodes. The Gormogon storyline deserved a full season to tell its story. The finale seemed rushed and just thrown together. Still Bones manages to keep your interest regardless. I suppose the show's producers did as much as they could with the time that was alloted.
What I don't understand is why is this show (with a shortened season) so freakin' expensive. $45 dollars seems a bit steep for 15 episodes considering the newer full season 4 (on blu ray no less) is about the same price. If I were to purchase the episodes individually, the cost would be $30 dollars.
Bones in top five of TV shows 4 years running
2009-10-15 - I do not miss an episode of Bones. The exrtas on the CD set are great
