Buffy the Vampire Slayer - TV Starter Set (Season 1, Episodes 1-2) Reviews:
The Ten Dollars Back Coupon is Expired So That Would Make This Useless! 1 Star Review
2006-01-03 - I agree that this is a terrible marketing idea! Now, don't get me wrong, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer is the best television show of all time and is absolutely awesome and magnificent but why buy this starter set that only has two episodes from the first season when you can buy the complete first season DVD boxset and get these eipisodes and all the rest of the season one episodes? And don't give me any baloney about it being worth it because you get 10 dollars back with the included coupon because that ten bucks back deal has long expirerd which makes this starter set useless! Buy the first season instead or even better if you don't own this show on DVD yet is the new 40 disc boxset that incudes every season (1 to 7) and a new bonus disc.

Bad marketing idea 2 Star Review
2005-12-07 - Let me start by saying that Buffy is my favorite show ever. Now, this product just isn't practical. First it is overpriced, only 2 episodes for $10 when you could get the whole first season for $30. Second, while I love the series premiere (Welcome to the Hellmouth/ The Harvest) I don't really think that they are the episodes to use for a "starter set." Perhaps if these two episodes were combined with a few from other seasons then this whole idea would make sense, however at this stage of development it just doesn't. Great show, bad marketing.

Buffy Starter Set DVD 5 Star Review
2005-10-04 - Okay. First of all, I want to say that Buffy was & will always be one of the best shows ever on television. Now, onto this DVD. Yes, the DVD itself is overpriced for $10, especially for only 2 episodes. But, it's interesting to watch. I own all 7 seasons on DVD & I also own this DVD. I bought this DVD because I saw it for only $8 & I thought, why not. Now, I wasn't expecting much when I bought this DVD, but when I popped it in, I saw a trailers section on the DVD, that's what makes this DVD so special. On the DVD there are TV Spots for every season of Buffy, the first season trailer, a Tru Calling TV Spot, 4 Seasons of Angel TV Spots, & a 24 TV Spot (this one not as important). The TV Spots themselves make this DVD worth the money, they rock! Don't buy this DVD for the episodes, buy it for the trailers! Check it out!

Awesome Show But Stupid Marketing Ploy! 1 Star Review
2005-07-01 - Okay there's absolutely no doubt that Buffy The Vampire Slayer is an awesome 5 star show but this DVD set which only has the first and second episodes of the first season is just plain dumb!

Why buy this when you can buy the complete first season on DVD and get all 12 episodes of that season?

Or better yet, you can buy the A set that has all seven seasons!

    S. Stout "S. STOUT" GET A DICTIONARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 Star Review
2005-06-01 - Please say this is sarcasm!
First of all, Buffy The Vampire Slayer is not a PC show.
Second of all, Buffy was NOT cancelled because the show sucked, but was cancelled because the WB wanted to add new shows to its schedule.
Third of all, Buffy was NOT cancelled by the UPN networks, but THE SERIES ENDED and are LOTS of HOPE the series RISE UP AGAIN

SO PLEASE SUCKBOY GET A DICTIONARY BEFORE BABBLING ABOUT THINGS THAT YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY UNDERSTAND!!!
A PERSON THAT IS IN THE WORLD OF BATMAN, AND DON'T LIKE RAP IS REALLY F***** UP.

THIS SERIES IS THE BEST EVER AIRED ON TV
PLEASE COME BACK FOR SEASON 8!!!!!!!!!!!
