Beautiful Music... 
2004-10-29 - I moved to Champaign a few months ago and came across Amasong through a friend. This choir is AMAZING! I bought Amai over the summer and was stunned by their sound. Though most of the members are not "professional" musicians, they have an incredibly professional sound! I was so blown away that I went out and auditioned for the chorus and began singing with them! This is a must have for anyone who enjoys beautiful choral music!
Beautiful songs, beautifully sung 
2003-01-04 - This album has a wonderful variety of songs in many styles and languages, sung by a chorus with a very professional sound, although they are mostly non-professional singers. Although Amasong is a lesbian/feminist chorus, you don't have to fall into either of those groups to enjoy it. Kudos to their extraordinary founder/conductor, Kristina Boerger, for her wonderful choral arrangements as well as great leadership of her group.
