Sings America Reviews:
One Thing Missing
2006-07-25 - If you can't see him, the music doesn't really touch the same chord in my heart. To not buy this album would be an egregious lapse in judgement. His voice is melodious and multi-layered. He brings an unparalleled joy to me.
The Hoff Rules My Universe!!!!!!
2005-09-20 - What can I say!! This is just a stellar work of art. I was telling my sister May Agnes (our father was a staunch believer in keeping things simple) - this is just the best cd for calming the cats down and keeping the recoons away. Many a night have I lain in my spinster bed, with the dulcet tunes of the Hoff ferrying me off into plesant dreams. I know some people call me the crazy cat lady, but if it waern't for my belief in God and my extensive collection of Hoff music I don't know how I would have survived the trials fo my misfortunate life. BUY THIS CD - IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!!!
Excellent
2004-08-25 - Definitely up there with all the latest releases. Buy this album, even if you aren't German. I for one found that Hoff's voice to be of a greater standard than I ever imagined.
Hesslehuff for President
2004-08-02 - Any lingering doubts that this man is not the Saviour of the beleagured United States Of America - should be quashed once and for all with the release of this astounding document.
Chronicling the progress of popular song throughout the 20th century, Husthehiff's delivery verges on the sympathetic and at times, quite eerily celestial. Truly, the Gods gave of their all when, many years ago, Mr and Mrs Hezzlehiff came together in joyous union to bestow their gift upon a grateful world.
In his heartstopping renditions of American song, Hostlehedge comes close to Nirvana ( the mystical state, not the late popular US beat combo). I weep copious tears of joy whenever i hear this vital ebullient work, and I can only beseech you, dear reader, to drop whatever other demands on your wallet there may be and BUY THIS ALBUM. Never mind if your children go hungry, your pets succumb to scurvy or the bank cancels your overdraft. Just buy it.
Oh, and the song Hot Shot City is really rather good, despite not being on this album.
Fabulous
2004-03-11 - This is by far David's best. The songs that he picked really accent his beautiful voice. I love the knight rider theme addition. My favorite was "these boots are made for walking". Its a really fun song. Definitely buy this cd if your a David fan you wont be disappointed.
