Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables Reviews:
Dead Kennedys Classic 5 Star Review
2007-01-05 - One of there very best albums and a dvd too. A must!!!!!

Not London Calling, Not Never Mind the Bollocks, Not The Romones 5 Star Review
2005-09-06 - For people who get sick of seeing Clash or Sex Pistols T-Shirts at Hot Topic, or for people who hear "Should I Stay or Should I Go" as the only Clash song of the radio, or for people who are just so, so sick of hearing Romones songs in Pepsi commercials, then this album is for you. Unlike "London Calling" which is more of a rock album, "Fresh Fruit..." is the peak of punk music: hard, fast, and damn funny. From the hard driving opening cords of "Kill The Poor" to the final, satirical smash at "Viva Las Vegas", this album will pull you through a wild ride of musical samplings. The best punk song (in my opinion) "Holiday in Cambodia" owes just as much to psychodelic rock as to punk. And fun fact, Jello Biafra, the quavery lead singer, refused the sell the song to Levis for use in a commercial. Not using punk songs in commercials, what a great idea...

phuhk...I phuhking love Dead Kennedys 5 Star Review
2005-05-13 - after Velvet underground, Dead Kennedys is my favorite band.
no kidding. this is one of the best records of all time. no kidding.

Classic! 5 Star Review
2005-03-19 - The Dead Kennedys were so ahead of their time.

why they may offend some, their music is great for all.

Probably the best DK record in catalog 5 Star Review
2005-03-02 - Sure their later stuff is good, but Fresh Fruit is the band at their primal best. Chemical Warfare is great stuff.
