Japanese pressing of the 2008 release of Narrow Stairs follows Death Cab For Cutie's 2005's Grammy Award-nominated Platinum album Plans. It is produced by the band's own Chris Walla, who has produced Death Cab's past five albums, as well as albums by Nada Surf and The Decemberists, among others. The first single 'I Will Possess Your Heart' received major markets adds and airplay within one day.
