1999-09-06 - This song rules! Kelly Magovern is so wrong. The song is about her boyfriend who uses all her electrical resources such as her cell phone, and doesn't pay his share of the bill. NOT that she wants him to pay her bills. I don't care what anyone thinks, this song has a cool beat and awesome lyrics. They have great voices, too.Go Destiny's Child!
