Japanese Group "DIDO": a wonderful mix of Enya and Björk
2003-08-16 - This is the CD of the Japanese group 'dido' made up of singer Shizuru Ohtaka and composer, guitar player, and arranger Michiaki Kato. If you're a fan of music like Enya, this should please you. This CD is very soft and take traditional Japanese sounds and puts them to slow moving, modern western beats and melodies. It's a beautiful break from hectic life, with Ohtaka's singing style changing subtly with each song. Listen to the clips and buy if you like it.

Dido, Dido, Dido. . .
2001-05-17 - Amazing; yes. Dido Armstrong (aka Here With Me, No Angel, Hunter, etc); no. Nyboma Kwan Dido vs. Dido = Joshua 'unfamous' Jackson vs. Joshua 'movie star' Jackson. Sorry to bust any bubbles, (mine was too if it helps). But Ksana is definately cool, you just don't go comparing apples to oranges.

Zen music
2001-01-08 - I was looking for music for my home to create a zen environment and this CD was recommended to me by a massage Therapist. On the whole, I really liked the music, though I recommend you not listen to it, while driving! I too, was being directed to the 'No Angel' Cd by the "other Dido" when I looked in record stores. This is more of a New Age CD.

THIS Dido did not sing "No Angel"
2000-12-12 - This IS Nyoma Mwan Dido...not the Dido that everyone in this review seems to be is refering to. Another person already pointed this out.

Ksana not worth it
2000-07-19 - Trust me when I say, Don't Waste Your Money! I love "No Angel" by Dido. This doesn't even measure up to her. Skip this no name person and go check out "No Angel." Trust that it one hundred times more impressive.
