Editorial Review:
Three teams of small-time criminals decide to rip off an irascible pawnshop owner’s legendary riches. Hilariously, each group’s plan is more ridiculous than the next, and everybody is planning the Big Job for the same night! A stellar cast including Danny Masterson (That ’70s Show), Leon (Get Rich or Die Tryin’) and Dominique Swain (Lolita) brings to life this stylish spoof of the beloved heist comedy genre.

Brooklyn Heist Reviews:
Hmmm.
2009-12-19 - I wrote a review but it didn't post. What's up with that? Anyway, love this movie and love Danny Masterson.
A nice little surprise of a movie.
2009-12-13 - I saw this in Theatre 80 St. Marks. It was a real surprise because it was a free screening that I was invited to before it opened. I enjoyed it. It is low budget, but that gives it charm. The producer played Danny Masterson's character's side kick. He introduced the film. Quite interesting to hear him talk without the accent in the film.
Anyway, I didn't know Danny Masterson was in this movie at first.
I loved how the Russian, or as they put it: 'Arab Slavs' were separated from the rest in black and white. I recommend this movie to everyone.
The interesting part was how that they had music videos that introduced the black gangsters. Anyway, buy it, or watch it somehow.
Excellent Movie
2009-12-09 - I had the pleasure of attending one of the premier showings in NYC and it did not disappoint. I'm grabbing a copy to be able to watch it again. Highly recommend if you are a fan of cinema, it is shot in different genres (black & white, 70's style with scratches & pops . . .) If you enjoy a good comedy and quality movie making you will thoroughly enjoy this gem.
Sooooo Hilarious
2009-12-08 - I watched this film and was astounded by its incredible creativity. I had some gut busting laughs and was charmed by the intelligence and wit throughout! The cast are all excellent, especially the Russian gal and Dino. Every time she is on screen you are guaranteed laughs. I rarely watch a film more than once but had friends over and watched again. It was funnier the second time and boy did we all have fun throughout. I highly recommend this fantastic indie comedy.
Totally Worth Watching!
2009-12-06 - I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. Other than that guy from the 70's Show, I'd never heard of any of the people involved with it. But someone told my husband it was good, so we gave it a whirl. It's not something I would've picked myself but it turned out to be a lot of fun! Very clever, and better than a lot of other "so-called" comedies that get made these days. It actually has some good characters, an interesting story, and it's funny. It's a heist movie, but it's pretty much the lamest heist ever, which is the point cause it's a comedy. I LMFAO at some of the jokes!!! Anyway, it's told from four different points of view, all in different cinema styles, with all four groups trying to do the same heist on the same night. I didn't really get the 1970s "cinema" style, but my husband loves old movies like that and he said it was spot on. Some of the actors are really great (not that Lolita chick, who my husband loves, but everybody else). And there's the cutest dog EVER in it! He totally stole the movie. I just wanted to pick him up and take him home to my mother! We own it and I think we will actually watch it again. Now that I know how it all unfolds, I think it will be even better on the re-watch.
