    Description of The Point:
Harry Nilsson wrote the entirely hummable songs (including the hit, "Me and My Arrow") for this charming, 1971 animation feature about a boy with a round head who is banished from the land of pointy-headed people. An allegory about nonconformism presented in a delightful way, this is a treat for everybody. Ringo Starr, the late Nilsson's old pal, narrates. --Tom Keogh

    The Point Reviews:
Classic "must see" video 5 Star Review
2009-12-03 - I fell in love with the story and music in the 70s and was thrilled to find it on DVD. I think mine may be the only kids that know the story, but it is indeed a good story to know. Highly recommend watching this even if not adding it to your video library.

The Point is fantastic still 5 Star Review
2009-11-22 - Had seen this film many years ago, had always loved it and was very delighted to find it was available. Certainly happy to share it with the family again, last time the kids were little, now they are old enough to appreciate it fully. Again, a delightful film, a real MUST SEE.

    awesome 5 Star Review
2009-11-07 - What a great movie. Saw it as a child in the 70s and loved it then. Watched it as an adult and loved it even more.

    The Point! 5 Star Review
2009-09-11 - Each of us made negativ experiences in his life, some are untrusty and feel themself pointless. To all these people is this little adventure the best medicine: You must trust life, there is nothing pointless on Earth! Take Your time, watch the film again, again and again... Don't worry, be happy!
I saw the film for the first time forty years ago... made the last years byself some negativ experiences... I needed "a little help from my friends", so I called for Oblio and Arrow... nice to have them all the time arround me...

Just as I remember it 5 Star Review
2009-08-29 - I loved this as a child so I bought it for my daughter who is five. It's a wonderful animated story that teaches children about being different. My daughter found it very sad at times but loved it in the end. She sings some of the songs weeks after viewing it.
