2009-11-29 - wheres Mainline Florida ?......this is so not complete...but as another reviewer said...maybe a best of greatest hits or something along those lines....anywho...i wouldnt spend my money on it...id spend more and get something that was truely COMPLETE !!!!!
Slow-Hand
2009-11-16 - Eric's book was given to me as a Christmas gift. I could relate a lot to what he described as I am also in a 12-Step program. At the same time, I felt that much of his story had to be "sanitized" for a general audience. (Those of us who are in recovery know the true nature of addiction and the type of destruction is brings to ourselves and our loved ones around us.)
I would like to say to Eric: "Keep Coming Back! It Works If You Work It!"
Album Version No Longer Available for Download on Amazon.
2009-09-19 - I tried to find out why Amazon stopped selling the MP3 Album of Clapton-Complete Clapton, by calling customer support. It was explained that amazon had pulled two of the songs from the album, making the album download unavailable. No explaination for why this occured, but I did a little investigation, and found that two other albums are essentially, this album. They are Clapton-The Cream of Clapton (The Cream of Clapton) & Clapton Chronicles: The Best of Eric Clapton (Clapton Chronicles - The Best of Eric Clapton). The only songs missing are the following:
1. Lay Down Sally
2. I've Got a Rock & Roll Heart
3. Miss You
4. Motherless Child
5. Riding With the Kings
6. Sweet Home Chicago
7. If I had Possession over Judgement Day
8. Ride the River
These remaining songs can be downloaded by individual MP3 download, from any album. It cost me $27.40 in total, but well worth it compared to buying all the songs individually. Quick Update (11-20-09): Amazon looks to have fixed the problem with downloading the entire album, so I recommend doing so.
