Editorial Review:
This penetrating critical analysis draws on rare archive footage from the early days in the Yardbirds and Cream in the sixties, through to his most important solo works. Featuring interviews with leading authorities; including Chris Welch author of Cream and Clapton insiders including former band mate Jack Bruce and Cream lyricist Pete Brown. The 72-page book features many colour photographs, and reviews Eric Claptons career from the early days to superstardom through extensive interviews, covering a period of over 20 years, with old slowhand himself.
Eric Clapton - Music in Review Reviews:
Beware this is a duplicate of Eric Clapton Masterpieces
2009-01-23 - Buyer Beware, this DVD is exactly the same as the Collectors Special Edition of Eric Clapton Masterpieces 2 set DVDs. One of the discs in that set is also called the "music in review" which is the title of this DVD. The only difference in this DVD is that it has a book of press interviews and it is in English with subtitles in French, Italian, German, Spanish and Swedish. If I had known this I would not have purchased this.
There is better footage and documented interviews than this. Don't waist your money.
Clapton Review
2006-11-16 - This Dvd is for the true fans of Eric Clapton only. This Dvd is a critical review of Clapton's career. The critic's give their honest opinions about what they think are clapton's best and worst recordings. Great footage makes this a great addition to an Eric Clapton collection.
