Everybody's Fool Reviews:
Great!
2007-07-13 - Great Versions of Everybody's Fool, I thoroughly enjoyed the Instrument Version! The Live Version of Taking Over Me and Whisper from Cologne are exceptional!
Evanescence Is Nobody's Fool
2006-03-09 - Very nice -4 track- CD with a good mix of studio, live and instrumental selections. The two "live from Cologne" tracks are my personal favorites.
The CD also has a very nice close-up shot of Amy Lee on the cover (with the rest of the band in the background). Probably the best picture of her to be found on any of their CD's. This CD is now OOP so get it while you still can.
Great Single
2005-10-12 - Everybody's Fool is a great song and for any Evanescence fan you'll want to add this to your collection. I am however wondering when a new album will come out considering Fallen was two years ago. Hopefully we'll see more great things in the future but for the fan dying for new stuff this is a good little appetizer for the new album.
1. Everybody's Fool
2. Taking Over Me (Live From Cologne)
3. Whisper (Live From Cologne) (love this song too)
4. Instrumental Version (great to hear a new version)
For the price it sells for it's not an expensive addtion to your collection cheaper that you could get off of Itunes if they had Evanescence.
Robert Everhart is right
2005-05-29 - Evanescence is nothing but a big rip-off of Lacuna Coil, a TRUE female-fronted goth band. **** Evanescence, go with the Coil!
One of their best singles!
2005-03-01 - Evanescence's dynamic and ethereal yet hard metal rock sound make them truly unique. When coupled with Amy Lee's heavenly vocals, Evanescence is really worth listening to again and again.
Everybody's Fool, the 4th single from Fallen, depicts a young girl's admiration for a glamour pop star whose hollow existance only leads others to follow blindly in the path of lies. The hard hitting lyrics make this track so special.
The two live tracks included are a welcome look into how naturally talented the group is.
The instrumental b-side of Everybody's Fool is nice because it shows that, even without amy lee's vocals, it's still amazing music.
