Live Rarities Reviews: the biggest rock band of the past 20 years 2008-11-22 - Although these performances can be seen on Youtube, I believe loyal GnR fans will truely enjoy owning this DVD of vintage TV performances rather than watch them online. The quality is great considering most of it are from the late 80s/early 90s MTV era, back when they were still developing their style. Again, a must have for GnR fans. Also, be sure to get the NEW GnR CD Chinese Democracy only @ Bestbuy. It's Awesome, Axl & the boys are back.
Do not buy this dvd 2008-05-05 - Words can not describe how disappointed I was with this dvd. Contrary to the title, there are no rare performances to be found here. Most of the performances are from the MTV awards or American music awards. There is nothing here that you could not find on youtube. In addition, the audio and video production is terrible. It's completely unbearable to watch. Be sure to steer clear of this one. For reference, the performances on this dvd are as follows.
