This 11-song disc combines 3 smartly crafted originals with snappily Hansonized interpretations of such holiday standards as the Phil Spector chestnut "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)," the old Brenda Lee hit "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree," the Beach Boys' "Little Saint Nick," Irving Berlin's "White Christmas," and the traditional "Silent Night Medley." Love this CD 
2009-12-07 - I bought this CD in 1997 when it first came out.
Back then I was a teenager who bought anything
that said Hanson on it, today I'm a mom in my
mid 20's who still LOVES this CD and it comes
out every Christmas.
surprisingly good Christmas Album 
2009-11-27 - When I first heard of this Hanson album, I was very skeptical about ever buying it; for one, because I never much care for Christmas albums in the first place, and because I was nervous whether or not Hanson could put out an album as good as Middle of Nowhere, but in this I was pleasantly surprised by the song output of Snowed In. Frankly the songs were all just plain good and fun. That is what Hanson is good at; putting out fun music and Snowed In is no exception to that. The music was not only just fun, but it is music that has good arrangements of the songs. If you want a good solid pop rock Christmas album, this is a good one to consider getting.
Holding up with the test of time
2009-01-27 - This is one of the hundreds (640 to date) of christmas and holiday CD's in my collection. SNOWED IN finds its way to the top of my playlist every year. I have given many copies as gifts to share this delightful Christmas confection. Fun fresh takes on holiday standards and a sprinkling of original songs. What a delight. Not to be missed. How awesome the boys still believe in the joy of Christmas; yes Virginia there is a Santa Claus.

2008-12-24 - The seller informed me that the CD was missing from its case and that my money had been refunded. At least I got my money back. I ended up buying Snowed In from eBay instead.
One of the best ever!!!
2008-12-03 - I know, it's weird, but this actually one of the best Christmas records of all time. I put it up there with any rock christmas record!
