UK four-track single includes the album version of the title track along with 'Metamorphosis', 'Fly' (Remix) and the enhanced video to the title track. "Fly" is an intricately layered, soaring ballad, taken from Hilary's hit album "Most Wanted". The track sees electric guitars crash over a driving piano, building to an anthemic, melodic chorus, rich with vocal harmonies. Lyrically the song sees Hilary in an inspirational mood, telling you to 'forget about the reasons why you can't in life' and 'open your wings and fly'. The lyrics encourage you to reach out and achieve your goals as "in a moment everything can change". Angel. 2006.

Delayed Release in the UK but still rocks! 
2006-06-27 - "Fly" is technically the first single from Hilary's 2nd album "Hilary Duff"...Since the album itself did not do as well as Hollywood Records wanted, then stopped the single release in the UK from ever happening, instead opting to promote the album "Most Wanted"... Worldwide the 2nd single from "Most Wanted" was "Beat of My Heart" and features one of Hilary's coolest videos. Since "BOMH" didnt fair as well as previous singles they decided to re-release "Fly" in the UK as the 2nd single from the album. The song itself is my very favorite song by Duff, it shows off her voice beautifully and paints Hilary as a more adult contemporary artist. It is an amazing ballad about taking chances and finding you way in the world. The video filmed for "Fly" features backstage scenes and a special "live" performance of her actually shot in a studio with 20 or so extras standing in as an audience. Im glad that folks in the UK finally get to experience "Fly"... and I am looking forward to a new album and hopefully new single in the near future! Hilary we love you!

she has already relese this single, and again???? she could choose from break my heart or supergirl, not this!
the song is good, but the video is not video at all, if she didnt recorded a new one, it is just a live performance...
at least it comes with a remix, it would be funny to listen.
Well, we cant do nothing but give her the best wishes with her first third single... I mea she just has 2 singles from each one of her albums. Gret track anway, but not the best
