    Where's Part 2 ??? 5 Star Review
    2009-12-05 - Where's Part 2 ???

This DVD package is too good not to have a part 2.

I hope the band is planning to continue with a part 2...

    Fantastic DVD 5 Star Review
2009-08-26 - This is a great documentary. I've been a Maiden fan since the first album, but I lost interest after Seventh Son. This DVD has definitely renewed my interest. The look behind the scenes with Steve Harris and the insight into the lineup changes are really informative; I had no idea that Maiden had probably fifteen different members prior to the first album's release. The highlight for me is the Live at the Rainbow show. I remember watching this concert on MTV (when they played videos) back when I was about 11 years old; it blew me away then, and it was neat to be reminded how good and tight they were, even at this early stage in their career. I recommend this DVD 100%.

Well done in depth biography of the band 5 Star Review
2009-06-04 - Iron Maiden demonstrate respect and a sense of integrity for their fans by leaving no stone unturned in this documentary. The additional early live footage is a nice bonus.

I didn't realize just how many people make up the history of Iron Maiden or just how hard they've worked and continue to work to live their dream. The in depth and honest interviews really let the fan look into the band and Steve Harris's vision. The only person I missed from this dvd, and this was beyond Iron Maiden's control, was Derek Riggs. His art work for the band has always been beautiful and unique. No one else can reproduce what he does. I wish he would've been willing to discuss his part of their history. They do include an old interview with him but I guess his feathers are still ruffled over whatever. Anyway, this dvd is awesome and I recommend it to any fan.

The Live after death dvd continues where this dvd leaves off, and I recommend that too. in the mean time I am anxiously anticipating the next few parts of their story to be released soon. Up the Irons!

'you wouldn't wanna follow this group on stage' 5 Star Review
2009-02-10 - I can't really add anything that hasn't already been covered, I just wanted to strengthen the 5 stars. The ONLY thing wrong with this dvd is that it ends after Piece of Mind. UTI !

Iron Maiden bleepin' rock 5 Star Review
2009-01-21 - This dvd is a pure dream for old school Maiden fans like me. The old concert footage has been restored as well as possible. Some of it almost looks high def. Disc 1 has the three concerts from the three different tours (Killers, TNOTB, Piece of Mind). Disc 2 has an awesome documentary. And disc 2 is also full of dvd easter eggs. There are some very full clips!

Thank GOD for Iron Maiden. Best band. Ever.
