fantastic 
2009-09-21 - video was in excellent shape and quality. does not tile or freeze. was delivered in a timely manner and at a resonable price. have been trying to cannonball run 2 for many years, but no one had it. If I had known it was this inexpensive, I would have gotten it a long time ago. I have been getting my stargate series the same way and thought I would try it out. It worked great! I'm even thinking of getting the daniel boone series the same way. thanks a lot amazon for all your help.
This Race Is Waste 
2009-08-12 - I am A fan of the first film,but this one seems like more of A retread of the original.Once again Burt,Dom,and all star cast,Rev it up,for another race.This time however,it seems to be that everyone is just, going through the motions.A good cast is wasted, in this rehash, of A much funnier film.The only real bright spot is to see Frank Sinatra,Dean Martin,and Sammy Davis Jr,reunited,but this reunion doesn't occur until the film's almost over.2 stars,hardly entertaining;what A waste of A talented cast!

2009-07-06 - Not as good as the Original. But how many sequels are. It's still really funny though. If you like fast cars and fast women it's your kind of movie.

2008-01-08 - I echo the most recent review before this one--one of the worst movies ever made! Unlike the previous reviewer, I in fact love the first Cannonball Run movie. Sure, not the one of the greatest movies ever, but at least the first Cannonball was funny and had a certain charm to it. The sequel? Gag! Not funny at all, the writing is horrible, the scenes are haphazard and disonnected--an umitigated disaster. An amazing lineup of actors, but I'm sure most of them will hang their head in shame when anyone reminds them that they were a part of this movie. Some of the lesser-level actors whose acting ability was never stellar turn in some of the worst acting ever in this movie. Even the bloopers during the end credits aren't funny, although in the first movie they were. The first movie end credits' bloopers gave me the impression that the stars of the first Cannonball had a blast making the first movie, but I'm sure they were embarassed about the sequel. NOT RECOMMENDED.
