When the exclusive Pacific Coast Academy changes from an all-boys boarding school to one that's co-ed, Zoey Brooks, her new roommates Nicole and Dana, and the science-obsessed Quinn are part of the school's inaugural class of girls. The girls immediately discover that the boys on campus are in need of some serious educating regarding just what girls can and can't, and should and shouldn't do, and set out to prove themselves everywhere from the basketball court to the classroom. Classmates Chase, Logan, and Michael quickly discern that the current school year is going to be very different from the previous year and each struggles to adapt in his own way. As the school year progresses, the teens find themselves in all kinds of crazy predicaments which ultimately teach them some important lessons about conflict resolution, equality, self-respect, creativity, and the importance of doing what's right. A Great Season and Show 
2009-08-29 - I absolutely loved the show Zoey 101 since it first debuted. I wasn't as a frequent watcher when Season 4 came around because I felt the styles were changing. And plus its painful to watch and know that it was towards the ending of show.
But anyways...you want to know about what I thought of season 1: Basically, I thought it was terrific. The episodes were consisted of wide variety topics as any great sitcom is. Who doesn't love the Jet X episode where Zoey makes a very creative commercial out of crappy argument footage! Or the episode where the kids form a Disc-Golf team to get out of Gym. It made me want to find sneaky ways to get out of GYM too.
Overall, the show is great. I think it is one of the best shows Nickelodeon has ever had to offer. It is an extreme shame that these Mothers couldn't accept how strong Jamie Lynn was, and that she could have continued on with the show. And one last thing, this season is reasonably priced; But as far as the other 3 seasons, $35 is outrageous! I read that Season 4, which is around like $35, doesn't even include all the episodes! So, just a warning to people who choose to buy the other seasons as well; try and buy it used.

2008-07-30 - I love zoey 101 . I love the cast I would hope all seasons will come out soon. jamie lyn spears is so adorable in this show . I just love her and her family . would be cool if it came on with brittney spears guest starring.

2008-05-07 - I love this dvd! it contains all the episodes of the first season! The stories of each episode are good! we laugh, we smile, the actors are really funny and really good!
It's so sad that we can't have the 2nd and 3rd season on dvd yet! anyway if you love to watch the show over and over on TV buy this dvd!

2007-03-25 - My 9 year old just loves this show, and as a parent, I do too. It's sweet, goofy and there's no bad content that I need to worry about. It's very innocent, and the young actors do a great job. It's a fun show and the kids seem to enjoy it.
