You Reviews:
This is a must have for the real fan
2001-08-06 - I bought this one in a shop, sorry ..., and it contains three tracks: YOU, EVERY TIME (JAM & LEWIS DISCO REMIX), ACCEPT ME. The last song, it's all about that one. A non-album track. Cover with Janet & the dancers from her Velvet Rope tour book & this is just a Japanese/Australian cd-single.
Accept me can also be found on most versions of the Everytime single, so if you're not a real fan, don't buy this one. If you're a diehard janetfan who collects all different singles, then is the one that you definitely MUST have.
MIKE KILLMON'S REVIEW OF "YOU" BY JANET
1999-06-11 - The song "you" from the velvet rope is one of the funkiest songs of the 90's but at the same time it has one of the most deep and influxuating messages of all, You are responsible for your actions! and although people think Janet is talking about her brother michael on this track she is looking at herself, michael jackson isin't the only person with a mirror. Janet is simply the sexiest, and the most talented female artist of all time. JANETt you are the best!
