2004-06-19 - With her first single "I Wanna Love You Forever", Jesssica Simspon really proved that she can belt out a song. This girl is really talented and this song will always stand as one of Jessica's finest moments in her career so far. A great ballad that also got dance remixes by the likes of Soul Solution and Soda Club. I usually love the stuff that Soul Solution has brought out over the years, but their remix of this song was a slight disappointment. It's weak and kind of early 90's sounding and those synths drive me insane, especially in the Extended Vox Mix. It did grow on me after a while though, and on a night out I could see myself dancing to it. But the remix that just simply blew me away at first listen was definetly the Soda Club Radio Edit. These guys (Also known as Love To Infinity and MASH, btw) give the song a very Metro-esque feel and a great driving beat that just lifts your spirit up and gets you dancing in no time! It fits the song perfectly and is the best remix, hands down. I only wish there could be a Soda Club Extended Mix, now that would make everything complete. That's why I give this release 4 stars instead of 5. If I was a DJ and if there was an extended mix by Soda Club, I would definetly play it!
