Plane Crazy [Region 2] Reviews:
Terence Hill & Bud Spencer in Columbia.
2004-08-14 - Also known as All The Way Boys/ Piu forte ragazzi!
Terence Hill and Bud Spencer get too silly in this one. For $250, they will go flying anywhere to bring back cargo. Another assignment is proposed to them and they end up in the Amazon jungle. Filmed in Columbia.
An OK Hill/Spencer movie.
2000-04-03 - This is a good movie...it isnt bad and it isnt great....but it could have been alot better...it wasnt what i thought it would be....i suggest Watch Out were Mad, Im for the Hippopotamus, Crime Busters, and A Fistfull of Hell. These are much better terence hill and bud spencer films....
I was all right
1999-08-13 - I really liked this film but somehow it didnt seem like a bud and terence flick.....i was all right but it wasnt as good as the other bud and terence films like my name is nobody crime busters and the trinitys! c-ya!
Some classic scenes for fans offset by slow plotting
1999-02-23 - One of the early post-Trinity films from Terence Hill and Bud Spencer will feel a bit overlong to many fans, but contains scenes of enduring interest for this comedy duo. Along with a few of the (required) fight scenes with Spencer/Hill vs. the bad guys, fans are treated to a fight between the two stars (who will win??). The "boys" have a really fun billiards-playing sequence. Hill sets up a great jailbreak at Spencer's expense, etc. On the unusual side is that many scenes are played straight, with some intended dramatic value, instead of the comedy we expect. The script is leisurely and the setting will be unfamiliar to most fans. In my opinion, this can all be gotten used to, and the film then holds up as a weaker but acceptable opus for Hill/Spencer fans. Non-fans should probably watch the Trinity films first, since much of the fun here only comes from previous familiarity with the two stars.
