Editorial Review:
With the cavalry stretched almost to its breaking point across the Southwest in ongoing battles with the Apache Indians, the U.S. government decides to send the new Gatling Gun to every outpost to aid in their protection. However, a Gatling Gun at one of the posts is stolen, and a ragtag detachment of calvary soldiers must embark on a mission to retrieve it from the Apaches. During the trip, the soldiers encounter a family on the run from the Indians. Soon all must fight a bitter and nearly hopeless battle against an army of over one hundred Apache braves to regain the Gatling Gun and save themselves.
