Editorial Review:
Sophomore album for critically acclaimed Aussie guitarist who built his reputation in Nashville & has garnered AMA, ACA & Grammy nominations. 'The Ranch' is a guitar driven & swaggeringly brilliant collection of diverse material, a treat not to be confined to the country genre.
The Ranch Reviews:
Keith Urban Rocks!
2004-12-03 - I was so excited to see that there was more work available from Kieth Urban to discover when I saw this CD. I just can't get enough of his music! This CD is a close rival of his indiviual releases. A must have for any big fan! I also have a 6 CD changer with the 4 CDs from Keith loaded permanently! He really does speak to you with his music. All I can say isd that I want more!! Way to go for Male Vocalist of the Year 2004!!
Awesome
2004-01-24 - I wasn't sure what to expect, but I absolutely love this CD. I have a 6 CD changer in my car and 4 of the CDs that never come out are all Keith Urban. I know this is his earlier work but it's all Keith. I also bought a copy for my friend and she loves it. Keith just writes the best songs and I if I'm sad or depressed all I have to do is listen to Keith and I can't help but smile. This CD is terribly under rated... If your a Keith Fan its a must have.
Outstanding
2003-09-01 - I cannot get enough of Keith's music. Ranch is as good as Golden Road and keith urban albums. I love them all.
Also, I like the pictures in this album so much.
Exceptional Work of Art!
2003-06-29 - Keith Urban is an amazing artist. Not only does he sing and play the guitar exceptionally well, he also writes songs that almost everyone can relate to at some point in their life. There's not a song on this cd that I don't like. He only gets better with each new cd.
An amazing gift for yourself. . .
2003-05-29 - Keith Urban is an astoundingly talented musician, singer, and writer and this CD stands as a testament to that fact. Every song on this CD is extraordinary and worth hearing. I cannot understand why his career didn't take off after this except that perhaps the fates felt it wasn't time for him. Keith's other CDs,(particularly Golden Road,) are just as incredible. He stands out as someone who truly loves what he's doing and appreciates the gifts he's been given, and it shines through in his voice and music on every song.
