Using a process developed by JVC and Universal Music Japan discovered through the joint companies' research into LCD display manufacturing SHM-CDs feature improved transparency on the data side of the disc allowing for more accurate reading of CD data by the CD player laser head. Best Compilation 
2009-04-16 - I gave this 3 1/2 stars, not because I think Kiss is so great, but because this is the best compilation of all of their music that matters. It has all of their 70's classic rockers and some of their 80s pop.
If you don't own any Kiss, this is ALL you need, trust me. Anything after 82 was just..........well let's just say other people did it better............stay far away from Psycho Cirus
Well Roundec KISS 
2009-02-11 - This two disc set sees KISS as legitimate musicians, which they were trying to do since 1979 with the Dyanasty album. Shandi is a big one here, showing the band's ability to write pop oriented music, and I Was Made for Loving You just as good as any other disco hit of that era. Also showcased here is their early stuff which can be criticized as too soft for their over the top look and image. This is a good disc to quit obsessed tendancies with this band KISS, as it offers a good sample of their musical sound to the early 80s. I like it.

2009-01-13 - I'm new to the KISS world, but I do love to song 'God of Thunder' That's my favorite. The other songs were just okay. I'm sure in time, I'll grow to like the other songs. If you are a major KISS fan, I highly recommend KISS GOLD!!!

2008-05-24 - This is truly the best Kiss greatest hits cd you can find , all the hits on 2 cd's , excellent packaging , what else can a kiss fan ask for. A++++++++++++
All of Kiss's best songs
2007-10-03 - Almost all the classic Kiss songs are on this set. Its a great cd it rocks hard. Its the best of from 1974-1982 to me being the golden years of kiss's carrer. This is all kiss before they took the makeup off its a great album, great for beginning fans or people who want an album kiss that includes their best songs. I think they should come out with a volume 2 kiss gold please click yes or comment on this reveiw if you agree with me.
