Here to Stay Reviews:
DARK, ATMOSPHERIC, GREAT SONG
2004-09-24 - exactly what the title reads, this song, which begins my all-time fav album Untouchables, is a dark, evil, and adrenaline-pumping song that features an awesome low-tuned verse riff, JD's creepy growls, and an awesome bridge which features some of his best vocals on the album (sounds like an evil choir singing when its actually an overdubbed layer of Davis' vocals). Awesome song, awesome album. Get it, or as the "JD" I know would say: "PICK IT UP!" (long story you probably wouldn't get :-)
Album Version 5 Stars, Remix Versions 2 Stars
2003-01-07 - Well you have probably heard the album version, a great single; and if you have purchased untouchables, you have heard the T-Rays Remix, which is Ok. The last remix on the CD is a nine minute and 40 some second dance track with very few of the here to stay lyrics within the song. I love Korn as much as ANYONE but this one falls a little short. Buy Untouchables first, a great CD, and the thoughtless single before you get this one.
Not a good cd single
2002-06-21 - The remixes are terrible, the only good song is the album version & video. The remixes don't even come close to the album version its to dancey. So don't waste your money unless you want the video its the same one they show on tv
KoRn
2002-05-09 - dude this song is amazing, i havent got the single i have the album though (import) and the lyrics and guitarz are awesome! it maintains a heavy riff throughout but has a very catchy riff and chorus to it, well done KoRn. it did not surprise me to see that the album was as good as promised but like they said themselves, "you have to give it a few listens". go and buy untouchables from here, order it NOW its totally worth it!
